(R)-IRF4 ligand-1 is an isomer of IRF4 ligand-1 (HY-185698). IRF4 ligand-1 is an IRF4 ligand that can be used for the synthesis of PROTACs, such as dIRF4-2 (HY-185697). dIRF4-2 is a selective IRF4 PROTAC degrader with a DC50 value of 2.2 μM. dIRF4-2 exhibits anticancer activity against myeloma[1].
