Verified Bioactivity
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Rhesus Macaque CD1A-B2M Heterodimer, at 2μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind Anti-CD1A antibody. The ED50 for this effect is 0.1894 μg/mL.
