Verified Bioactivity
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Rat CD28 at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/Well) can bind biotinylated B7-1 (HY-P78382). The ED50 for this effect is 2.729 μg/mL.
