Verified Bioactivity

Materials
Experimental buffer: 20 mM HEPES, pH 7.6, 200 mM NaCl
Test Protein: COQ7 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) (HY-P70096)
Substrate: DMQ0

Procedure
1. Dilute COQ7 to 1000 ng/μL in the experimental buffer.
2. Mixing solution: A mixture containing 250 μM NADH and 250 μM DMQ0 in the experimental buffer.
3. Experimental group: 50 μL COQ7 protein + 50 μL mixture.
Blank group: 50 μL experimental buffer + 50 μL mixture.
4. Dilute the standards to 0, 4.8, 48, 97.5, 195, and 390 pmol, and measure at wavelengths of 340 and 445 nm.
5. Calculate the specific activity.
