DNAM-1 Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, His)

DNAM-1 protein is a key player in cell-cell adhesion and lymphocyte signaling, mediating cytotoxicity and lymphokine secretion of CTL and NK cells. As a receptor for NECTIN2, DNAM-1 stimulates T cell proliferation and cytokine production (IL2, IL5, IL10, IL13, and IFNG) upon ligand binding. DNAM-1 Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, His) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived DNAM-1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.

The DNAM-1 protein is intricately involved in intercellular adhesion, lymphocyte signaling, cytotoxicity, and lymphokine secretion mediated by cytotoxic T-lymphocytes (CTL) and natural killer (NK) cells. Serving as a cell surface receptor for NECTIN2, DNAM-1, upon ligand binding, stimulates T-cell proliferation and the production of cytokines such as IL2, IL5, IL10, IL13, and IFNG. Furthermore, DNAM-1 competes with PVRIG for NECTIN2-binding, underscoring its regulatory role in cellular interactions and signaling pathways. This protein also interacts with PVR and NECTIN2, contributing to its multifaceted functions in immune responses and cellular communication.
