FLI1 Protein, Human (His, Strep) is the recombinant human-derived FLI1, expressed by E. coli , with Strep, His labeled tag.

FLI1 is a sequence-specific transcriptional activator that recognizes the DNA sequence 5'-C[CA]GGAAGT-3'. Its function has been demonstrated in multiple studies, including gene expression regulation. By similar research, FLI1 plays a significant role in transcriptional regulation.
