1. Immobilized Biotinylated Human GP100 (HLA-A*02:01) , His Tag at 2 μg/mL (100 μl/Well). Dose response curve for Anti-GP100 (HLA-A*02:01) Ab., hFc tag with the EC50 of ≤0.3 μg/mL determined by ELISA.
2. Loaded HLA-A*0201 GP100 Complex Protein, Human (Biotinylated, YLEPGPVTA, HEK293, His-Avi) on NTA biosensor, can bind Tebentafusp (HY-P99339) with an affinity constant of 7.761E-10 M as determined in BLI assay.
