Verified Bioactivity
1. Human LILRB2 captured on CM5 Chip via Protein A can bind Biotinylated Human HLA-G Complex Tetramer with an affinity constant of 4.38 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
2. Serial dilutions of Anti-LILRB2 Antibody were added into Biotinylated HLA-G Complex Tetramer, His Tag: Human LILRB2, mFc Tag binding reactioins. The half maximal inhibitiory concentration (IC50) is 0.3 μg/mL.
