IL-33 Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, His)

The IL-33 protein is part of the IL-1 family, a different cytokine that is critical in immune responses and inflammation. IL-33 acts through its receptor ST2 to promote the activation and recruitment of immune cells such as Th2 cells, mast cells, and eosinophils to sites of inflammation. IL-33 Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, His) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived IL-33 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with N-His labeled tag.

IL-33 protein belongs to the IL-1 family and is known for its high divergence from other family members. It functions as an important cytokine involved in various immune responses and inflammatory processes. IL-33 plays a crucial role in promoting the activation and recruitment of immune cells, such as T-helper 2 (Th2) cells, mast cells, and eosinophils, to sites of inflammation. Stored at -20°C for 2 years from date of receipt. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
