Description

KCNA3 Protein, Human (HEK293, GFP, Strep, His) is the recombinant human-derived KCNA3, expressed by HEK293 , with Strep, His, GFP labeled tag. ,

Background

KCNA3-KCAB2 mediates the voltage-dependent potassium ion permeability of excitable membranes. The protein assumes opened or closed conformations in response to the voltage difference across the membrane, forming a potassium-selective channel through which potassium ions pass in accordance with their electrochemical gradient.
