Description

The NAALADL1 protein is an aminopeptidase that efficiently hydrolyzes a variety of substrates, except those with specific amino acid positions. It has lower activity against substrates containing Asp or Glu at the P2' position or Pro at the P3' position. NAALADL1 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived NAALADL1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with N-His labeled tag.

Background

NAALADL1 protein is an aminopeptidase enzyme that exhibits a broad substrate specificity. It can efficiently hydrolyze a wide range of substrates, except for those that have Asp or Glu in the P2' position, or Pro in the P3' position, where its activity is lower. Additionally, NAALADL1 lacks enzymatic activity when substrates contain both Pro in the P3' position and Asp or Glu in the P2' position. Notably, it does not possess carboxypeptidase activity or dipeptidyl-peptidase IV type activity.

Verified Bioactivity

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Mouse NAALADL1, at 2μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind Anti-NAALADL1 antibody. The ED50 for this effect is 0.2066 μg/mL.
