Verified Bioactivity

The activity of p85/p110 is verified by the ADP-Glo method: Incubate p85/p110 protein, ATP, and the substrate at room temperature for 40 minutes, then add the ADP-Glo reagent and read the luminescence signal using the chemiluminescence module of the microplate reader.
