1.Immobilized Cynomolgus SOST, His Tag at 1 μg/ml (100 μl/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-SOST Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 20.5-34.4 ng/mL determined by ELISA.
2.Immobilized Cynomolgus SOST, His Tag at 1μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Human LRP-6, mFc Tag with the EC50 of 10-40 ng/mL determined by ELISA.
