63 Results for "reagent solution" in MCE Product Catalog:
Hanks’ Balanced Salt Solution (HBSS) is widely used in various cell culture applications, including washing cells prior to dissociation, transporting cells or tissue samples, diluting cells for cell counting, and preparing a variety of reagent solutions. Formulations without calcium and magnesium are suitable for washing chelating agents prior to cell dissociation procedures. The 500 mL is defined as the base specification. All larger sizes correspond to incremental volumes of this base.

Dulbecco's phosphate-buffered saline (DPBS) is a balanced salt solution used for a variety of cell culture applications, such as washing cells, diluting cells and preparing reagents. The 500 mL is defined as the base specification. All larger sizes correspond to incremental volumes of this base.
MCE iPSC/ESC Dissociation Solution (Enzyme-Free) is a chelation-based, enzyme-free cell dissociation reagent specifically designed for the culture and manipulation of induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and embryonic stem cells (ESCs). This optimized solution enables gentle and efficient dissociation of iPSCs/ESCs within 5-8 min, making it suitable for routine passaging, dissociation, and cell-cluster handling. It provides superior stability and better preservation of cell state compared with traditional methods.
MCE Weigert Elastin Staining Kit combines Weigert Resorcinol Fuchsin Staining Solution with Van Gieson (VG,Elastin Fiber Staining Reagent B,mixed) Staining Solution. Weigert Resorcinol Fuchsin Solution is mainly used for staining elastic fibers, Van Gieson (VG) Solution is used for collagen fiber staining. The principle of VG staining is based on differences in the size of anionic dye molecules and the permeability of tissues. Picric acid (PA) has the smallest molecular weight and preferentially enters dense structures. Ponceau Red or acid fuchsin has a relatively larger molecular weight and primarily binds to collagen fibers, while light green has the largest molecular weight and stains other tissue components. After VG staining, collagen fibers appear red, while muscle fibers and cytoplasm appear yellow, enabling a clear distinction between tissue components.
