All enzymes are recombinant enzymes expressed in Escherichia coli BL21 and subsequently purified. The molecular weights of these enzymes are as follows: PNGase F is 36 kDa, O-Glycosidase is 147 kDa, and α2-3,6,8,9 Neuraminidase is 66 kDa.
