2A3 (2-aminopyridine-3-carboxylic acid imidazolide) is a T cell activator that specifically binds to CEACAM6 and CEACAM5. 2A3 exhibits enzymatic activity that catalyzes the glucuronidation of specific substrates (e.g., 1-naphthol), and possesses significant cytotoxic activity. When integrated into CAR T cells or used alone, 2A3 acts by inducing cytokine release, degranulation, and direct cytotoxicity. 2A3 kills pancreatic and breast cancer cells with high target antigen expression in vitro, and significantly inhibits the growth of pancreatic cancer xenografts in vivo. 2A3 broadly targets malignant tumors with overexpressed CEACAM5, CEACAM6, or co-expressed both, and shows high expression mainly in tissues such as the liver and colon. 2A3 serves as an important research tool for the immunotherapy of pancreatic and breast cancer . 2A3 is a novel SHAPE reagent, which can be used for the analysis of RNA structure both in vitro and in vivo . 2A3 is an electrophilic chemical probe that acylates the 2'-OH in the RNA backbone. 2A3 can be used for RNA SHAPE-MaP experiments and is capable of analyzing the RNA secondary structures at single nucleotide resolution.

Scopolamine butylbromide (Hyoscine butylbromide) is an orally active anticholinergic agent and spasmolytic. Scopolamine butylbromide binds with high affinity to rat cardiac M2 (Ki 83 nmol/L), hM2 (Ki 233 nmol/L), rat intestinal M3 (Ki 290 nmol/L) and hM3 (Ki 643 nmol/L) muscarinic receptors. Scopolamine butylbromide exerts a dose-dependent antagonistic effect on Carbachol-induced gastrointestinal smooth muscle spasm. Scopolamine butylbromide can be used for the research of abdominal colic and pain associated with gastrointestinal spasm, functional abdominal pain, chronic gastropathy and gastric ulcer .

|
2,4-Dinitrobenzenesulfonic acid (DNBS; DNBSO) sodium salt (Sodium 2,4-dinitrobenzenesulfonate) is a classic colitis inducer that relies on activation of the NF-κB p65/COX-2/p38 pathway. As a hapten, 2,4-Dinitrobenzenesulfonic acid sodium salt stimulates the production of immune responses in colonic tissues, triggers oxidative stress and inflammatory reactions, and thereby leads to colonic injury. 2,4-Dinitrobenzenesulfonic acid sodium salt successfully induces models of colitis and ulcerative colitis in rats, causing pathological changes such as ulcers, edema, stenosis, shortening and organ adhesion in the distal colon, along with significant increases in the levels of inflammatory indicators and endoplasmic reticulum stress marker proteins. 2,4-Dinitrobenzenesulfonic acid sodium salt is widely used in studies on the mechanisms related to colitis and ulcerative colitis .

Legubicin (Doxorubicin-LNAA-Boc) is a novel conjugate of Doxorubicin (HY-15142A) and a Legumain-cleavable peptide linker. Legubicin is activated by Legumain to release leucine-doxorubicin while sparing normal tissues. Legubicin inhibits tumor cell growth and reduces DNA binding in non-legumain expressing cells. Legubicin completely arrests tumor growth in mice bearing CT26 tumors. Legubicin can be used for the study of colon carcinoma (CRC) .

Low molecular weight protamine (LMWP;TDSP5) is a truncated arginine-rich protamine peptide, as well as a heparin/low-molecular-weight heparin antidote and a cell-penetrating delivery carrier. Low molecular weight protamine neutralizes heparin-induced anticoagulant activities, including aPTT, anti-Xa and anti-IIa activities, and also neutralizes anti-Xa activity of commercially available low-molecular-weight heparin preparations. Low molecular weight protamine translocates across mammalian cell membranes, delivers conjugated impermeable molecules across tumor tissues, enhances skin permeability of conjugated epidermal growth factor, and accelerates wound healing when conjugated with epidermal growth factor. Low molecular weight protamine retains the in vitro cell proliferation activity of conjugated EGF, and also enables site-specific conjugation with peptides or proteins via genetic recombination. Low molecular weight protamine can be used in studies related to colon adenocarcinoma, skin wounds and diabetic skin wounds .

C6 Urea Ceramide (Cer(d18:1/6:0) Urea) is an inhibitor of neutral ceramidase. C6 Urea Ceramide increases total ceramide levels in wild-type mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) and HT-29 colon cancer cells. C6 Urea Ceramide (5-10 μM) inhibits proliferation of HT-29 cells and induces apoptosis and autophagy, but is not toxic to non-cancerous cells. C6 Urea Ceramide decreases total and phosphorylated β-catenin levels in HT-29 and HCT116 cells, and induces colocalization of β-catenin with the 20S proteasome. C6 Urea Ceramide (1.25, 2.5, and 5 mg/kg) reduced tumor growth and increased C16, C18, C20, and C24 ceramide levels in tumor tissues in the HT-29 mouse xenograft model.

Eicosapentaenoyl serotonin (EPA-5-HT) is an endogenous fatty acid-serotonin conjugate lipid mediator. Eicosapentaenoyl serotonin acts as an inhibitor of fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH). Eicosapentaenoyl serotonin suppresses IL-17 release in Concanavalin A (HY-P2149)-stimulated human peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Eicosapentaenoyl serotonin is regulated by polyunsaturated fatty acids and modulates intestinal immunity and Th17 signaling. Eicosapentaenoyl serotonin can be used for the study of inflammatory bowel disease-related mechanisms .

(R)-Bambuterol is a β2-receptor agonist with anti-asthmatic and colitis-improving activity. (R)-Bambuterol is indicated for the treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and has the advantage of a once-daily dosing and a favorable side effect profile. (R)-Bambuterol significantly reduced disease severity in a mouse model of colitis, more effectively than (RS)-Bambuterol or (S)-Bambuterol. (R)-Bambuterol can significantly reduce the levels of inflammatory cytokines and reduce the infiltration of macrophages in mice with colitis. (R)-Bambuterol also increases β2-adrenoceptor levels and reduces the expression of IL-6, IL-17 and other related proteins in colon tissue in a dose-dependent manner .
