Biological Activity: Lemalesomab (IMMU-MN3) is a Fab' fragment of a murine anti-granulocyte monoclonal antibody targeting NCA-90 (CEACAM6). Lemalesomab binds strongly to NCA-90 on the surface of granulocytes, cross-reacts with epitopes of other CEA family members, and blocks the binding between human colon adenocarcinoma cells and CEA. When labeled with 99mTc, Lemalesomab can be used for radionuclide imaging of soft tissue infections and osteomyelitis[1].
