Mouse IgG1 kappa, Isotype Control is a negative control reagent/isotype control for mouse-derived IgG1κ antibodies. Mouse IgG1 kappa, Isotype Control, by maintaining the same immunoglobulin structure (including isotype, light chain, etc.) as the specific mouse IgG1κ subtype primary antibody, eliminates false positive signals caused by non-specific binding in immunological experiments, thus playing a core role in verifying the specificity of the experiment. Mouse IgG1 kappa, Isotype Control can be applied to immunolocalization experiments in the field of cell biology, such as immunofluorescence staining and immunohistochemistry, assisting in research on protein subcellular localization and cell structure analysis, ensuring the reliability of experimental results .

CHAPS is a cholic acid-derived, sulfobetaine-type zwitterionic detergent and micelle-forming agent. CHAPS exhibits properties of weak cationic or nonionic surfactants in different solution systems, undergoes micellization, and forms small, loose hydrophilic aggregates that are temperature-dependent. CHAPS stabilizes mononucleosomes under different ionic strengths, reduces nucleosome sequence specificity, promotes sliding of histone cores along DNA, solubilizes Tamm-Horsfall protein to reduce its interference with urinary exosome isolation, and maintains vesicle structure and the activity of related proteins at the same time. CHAPS is used to recover native folded fusion proteins, enhance the binding capacity of GST fusion proteins, and restore GST enzyme activity. However, CHAPS cannot refold proteins denatured by urea, guanidine hydrochloride or heat, nor can it construct the structure of intrinsically disordered proteins. CHAPS is commonly used in research on the separation and purification of membrane proteins .

Chondroitinase ABC (ChABC) is an enzyme that degrades glycosaminoglycan side-chains of chondroitin sulfate (CS-GAG) from the chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan (CSPG) core protein. Chondroitinase ABC facilitates reinnervation by degrading CS-GAGs around motoneurons. Chondroitinase ABC has the potential for the research of spinal injury .

Synonyms: Biotin-LPS, from Escherichia coli (O111:B4)
Biotin-Lipopolysaccharide, from E.coli O111:B4 (Biotin-LPS, from Escherichia coli (O111:B4)) is a biotin-conjugated Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) (HY-D1056A1) that can be coupled with streptavidin protein. Biotin-Lipopolysaccharide, from E.coli O111:B4 can be used to identify Lipopolysaccharide ligands. Lipopolysaccharides, from E. coli O111:B4 (LPS, from Escherichia coli (O111:B4)) are endotoxins and TLR4 activators extracted from Escherichia coli (E. coli O111:B4) and are classified as S (smooth) type LPS. Lipopolysaccharides, from E. coli O111:B4 possess the typical three-part structure: O-antigen, R3-type core oligosaccharide, and lipid A. Lipopolysaccharides, from E. coli O111:B4 activate TLR-4 in immune cells and can cause significant gastric diseases. Lipopolysaccharides, from E. coli O111:B4 can also induce M1-type polarization in mouse macrophages .
It is recommended to prepare a solution with concentration ≥2 mg/mL. Vortex thoroughly for more than 10 minutes. Due to the adsorption characteristics of LPS, silanized container or low adsorption centrifuge tubes should be used for aliquoting and storage, and mix thoroughly before use.

Fibronectin, bovine plasma is a fibronectin derived from bovine plasma. Fibronectin is an extracellular matrix protein that is upregulated and essential in many developmental processes, and also exists in the pathological progression of tissues and wound healing. Fibronectin specifically binds to a large number of molecules, including other components of the extracellular matrix, signaling molecules and cell adhesion molecules. The interaction between cells and fibronectin leads to bidirectional crosstalk, which regulates cell functions and induces cell-dependent changes in the extracellular matrix. Fibronectin, bovine plasma inhibits the production of bovine leukemia virus (BLV) p24 core protein in naturally infected bovine peripheral blood mononuclear cells .

Canocapavir (ZM-H1505R) is an orally active HBV core protein-targeting antiviral agent. Canocapavir binds to the hydrophobic pocket at the dimer-dimer interface of HBV core protein (HBc), stimulating intracellular accumulation of nonfunctional HBV capsids, disrupting viral replication. Canocapavir interferes with the interaction between HBc and HBV large surface protein, resulting in diminished
production of empty virionsis. Canocapavir can be used for the research of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection .
