β-NF-JQ1 is a BRD2/3/4 PROTAC degrader. β-NF-JQ1 recruits the AhR E3 ligase complex to BRD2, BRD3 and BRD4, induces AhR-BRD interaction, and mediates AhR-dependent degradation through the proximity effect between the target protein and AhR. β-NF-JQ1 acts as an antiproliferative and cytotoxic agent that induces anticancer activity associated with BRD protein knockdown. β-NF-JQ1 can be used for research on breast cancer and neuroblastoma .

Calcium Channel

Research Areas:

Neurological Disease

PPZ2 is a diacylglycerol (DAG)-activated TRPC3/TRPC6/TRPC7 channel activator with activity in promoting neuronal development and survival. PPZ2 activates recombinant TRPC3/TRPC6/TRPC7 channels in a dose-dependent manner without affecting other TRPC channels. PPZ2 elicits cation currents and calcium ion (Ca(2+)) influx in cultured central neurons. PPZ2 is able to induce BDNF-like neurite outgrowth and neuroprotection, an effect that disappears after TRPC3/TRPC6/TRPC7 knockdown or inhibition. PPZ2 also increases the activation of the calcium-dependent transcription factor cAMP response element binding protein. The effects of PPZ2 suggest that calcium signaling mediated by activation of DAG-activated TRPC channels plays an important role in its neurotrophic effects .

α-synuclein

Research Areas:

Neurological Disease

Tat-βsyn-degron is an α-synuclein knockdown peptide that effectively degrades α-synuclein protein via the proteasome pathway. Tat-βsyn-degron effectively reduces α-synuclein protein levels in primary rat cortical neuron cultures. In a Parkinson's mouse toxicity model, Tat-βsyn-degron can alleviate parkinsonian toxin-induced neuronal damage and movement disorders .

PROTACs

Research Areas:

Cancer

ZXH-4-137 is a CRBN PROTAC degrader. ZXH-4-137 brings CRBN and VHL E3 ligase into proximity, induces CRBN ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation, and exhibits high selectivity for CRBN. ZXH-4-137 blocks the degradation of CRBN-dependent target proteins such as GSPT1 and CDK9. ZXH-4-137 serves as a chemical knockdown tool compound for investigating CRBN-dependent biological processes .

HaloPROTAC 4 is a HaloPROTAC degrader with a pIC50 of 8.1 against human CRBN. HaloPROTAC 4 binds to CRBN to recruit the CUL4CRBN E3 ubiquitin ligase complex, and covalently binds to HaloTag fusion proteins, thereby inducing proteasome-dependent degradation of HaloTag fusion proteins. HaloPROTAC 4 serves as a protein knockdown tool for chemogenetic-related studies .

PROTACs Bcr-Abl

Research Areas:

Cancer

Azo-PROTAC-4C-cis is a BCR-ABL PROTAC degrader, and its degradation efficiency of BCR-ABL is much lower than that of its trans isomer Azo-PROTAC-4C-trans (HY-180983). Azo-PROTAC-4C-cis is the product of the conformational transformation of Azo-PROTAC-4C-trans under ultraviolet (UV) light irradiation. Azo-PROTAC-4C-cis can be converted into highly active Azo-PROTAC-4C-trans under visible light, thereby initiating protein degradation. Azo-PROTAC-4C-cis can be used for the study of myeloid leukemia .

PPZ2 (Standard) is the analytical standard of PPZ2 (HY-111527). This product is intended for research and analytical applications.
