SPOP-IN-6b hydrochloride is a potent speckle-type POZ protein (SPOP) inhibitor with an IC50 of 3.58 μM[1].

In Vitro

SPOP-IN-6b shows IC50s of 2-10.2 μM for A498, Caki-2, Ketr-3, 769-P, 0S-RC-2 and 786-0 cells[1].
SPOP-IN-6b (0.1-3.0 μM; 10 hours) can suppress SPOP activity, and then increase suppression cancer substrate protein PTEN and DUSP7 content[1].

In Vivo
