Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
Tricin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4-64 µM; 12 h) induces apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner after oxygen-glucose deprivation for 3 h followed by 12 h incubation in SH-SY5Y cells[1].
Tricin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (16, 32 µM; 12 h) decreases the expression of TNF-α (20 ng/ml for 30 min) induced phosphor-κB-α, phosphor-NF-κB, HMGB1 in SH-SY5Y cells[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
