Beschreibung

TriGalNAc CBz is a GalNAc derivative and tri-GalNAc is an asialoglycoprotein receptor (ASGPR) ligand. TriGalNAc CBz can be used for mRNA drug delivery as well as lysosomal targeted chimerism (LYTAC) studies[1].

In Vitro

TriGalNAc CBz acts as the linker and can be used for synthesis of GalNAc-LYTACs. TriGalNAc CBz binds to the ASGPR receptor specifically expressed in hepatocytes, transports the target protein and the receptor complex to the endosome. Tri-GalNAc would be released in the acidic environment of the endosome, and the target protein is transported to the lysosome, where it is degraded[2].
