1-Methoxydehydroherbarin
1-Methoxydehydroherbarin is an artificial pyranonaphthoquinone heptaketide. 1-Methoxydehydroherbarin is formed via the conversion of 1-hydroxydehydroherbarin during methanol extraction of cultures of the endolichenic fungus Corynespora sp. BA-10763, and exhibits no significant inhibitory activity against cancer cell migration and proliferation.

Biological Activity
1-Methoxydehydroherbarin (compound 10) is an artifact formed from 1-hydroxydehydroherbarin during the methanol extraction of MEA cultures of Corynespora sp. BA-10763[1].
1-Methoxydehydroherbarin shows no significant cancer cell migration inhibitory activity or cytotoxic activity at a concentration of 5 μM in in vitro assays[1].
