2,4,7-trichloro-8-fluoropyrido[4,3-d]pyrimidine forms upon heating 2,4,7-Trichloro-8-fluoropyridopyrimidine with POCl3 and N-ethyl-N-isopropylpropan-2-amine at 100 °C for 1 h [1].
