6-Hydroxy-3-succinoylpyridine 3-monooxygenase (EC 1.14.13.163) is an oxidoreductase that can convert 4-(6-hydroxypyridin-3-yl)-4-oxobutanoate, 2 NADH, O2 and 2 H+ into 2,5-dihydroxypyridine, succinate semialdehyde, 2 NAD+ and H2O.
