CBP/p300 Ligand

Melatonin is a hormone made by the pineal gland that can activate melatonin receptor and inhibit PANoptosis. Melatonin plays a role in sleep and possesses important antioxidative and anti-inflammatory properties. Melatonin is a novel selective ATF-6 inhibitor and induces human hepatoma cell apoptosis through COX-2 downregulation. Melatonin attenuates palmitic acid-induced (HY-N0830) mouse granulosa cells apoptosis via endoplasmic reticulum stress.

CBP/p300 ligand 2 is a ligand for target protein for PROTAC of dCBP-1. dCBP-1 is a potent and selective heterobifunctional degrader of p300/CBP.

CBP/p300 ligand 7 is a p300/CBP ligand that can be used for the synthesis of PROTACs, such as QC-182 (HY-162259).

GNE-781-COOH is a CBP/p300 degrader. GNE-781-COOH also acts as a ligand for target protein for PROTAC (Ligands for Target Protein for PROTAC), which can be used to synthesize PROTAC CBP/P300 Degrader-4 (HY-183802).

CBP/p300 ligand 5 is the target protein ligand of XYD129 (HY-161710). CBP/p300 ligand 5 can be used to study the acute myelogenous leukemia.

CBP/p300/BRD4 ligand-1 is a small-molecule inhibitor targeting CBP, p300, and BRD4. CBP/p300/BRD4 ligand-1 competitively binds to the functional domains of target proteins without disrupting key interactions. CBP/p300/BRD4 ligand-1 can be used for the construction of dual-target PROTAC degraders (HY-181758) in studies related to prostate cancer and other cancers.

CBP/p300 ligand 11 is a ligand of EP300 and CBP, which can be used for PROTAC synthesis, such as serving as the target protein ligand of PROTAC CBP/EP300 Degrader-5 (HY-184453).
