Anti-IL-12 p70 Antibody (20C2) (20 μg/mL) significantly inhibits the production of IFN-γ (inhibition rates of 85.1 % and 69.9 %) in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs)[1].
Anti-IL-12 p70 Antibody (20C2) (10 μg/mL) significantly increases the production of IL-12 p70 and IL-12 p40 in PBMCs[1].
Anti-IL-12 p70 Antibody (20C2) (5 μg/mL) can inhibit IFN-γ production (inhibition rate 30-40 %) in human synovial tissue cells[2].
