Anti-Mouse CD172a Antibody (P84)
Based on 1 Customer Validation
Anti-Mouse CD172a Antibody (P84) is a rat-derived anti-mouse CD172a IgG1 κ type antibody inhibitor. Anti-Mouse CD172a Antibody (P84) blocks CD47-SIRPα interaction and thereby augments cell phagocytosis. Anti-Mouse CD172a Antibody (P84) can be used for the researches of infection and immunology, such as salmonella typhimurium infection.

Anti-Mouse CD172a Antibody (P84) (20 mins) significantly increases the engulfment of WT mouse RBCs[1].
Anti-Mouse CD172a Antibody (P84) (5 μg/mL, 30 mins) enhances the phagocytic incorporation of salmonella typhimurium into Nr2f6-deficient macrophages in splenocytes[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
Anti-Mouse CD172a Antibody (P84) (i.p., 24 h before cells injection) prevents the effects of mouse CD47 on macrophage-mediated xenograft rejection in diabetic Rag22/2 c chain 2/2 mice[3].
