In Vivo
Anti-Mouse/Human IL-5 Antibody (TRFK5) (1 mg/kg, 1 day before myocardial infarction surgery) abolishes fully the protection of IL-5 for myocardial infarction by depleting eosinophils[2].
Anti-Mouse/Human IL-5 Antibody (1 mg/kg, i.p., a single dose) inhibits pulmonary and blood eosinophilia in Pulmonary inflammation mice models[3].
Anti-Mouse/Human IL-5 Antibody (100 µg, intranasally, a single dose) significantly attenuates pulmonary eosinophilic inflammation and airway hyperresponsiveness[4].
