Anti-Mouse IL-25 Antibody (2C3) (500 μg/mouse, i.p., at 1 day before each OVA sensitization and 4 h before each OVA aerosolization) significantly reduces inflammation and prevents airway hyperresponsiveness in Ovalbumin (OVA)-induced allergic asthma mice models[2].
Anti-Mouse IL-25 Antibody (2C3) (500 μg, i.p., 4 or 12 h before each MCT) strongly inhibits allergy development in MCT (medium chain triglycerides)-induced allergy mice models[3].

Animal Model:Oxazolone (HY-126360)-induced colitis mice models (BALB/c, female)[1]

Result:Significantly reduced weight loss, diarrhea and gross bleeding.
Completely reversed shortening of the colon.
