Anti-Mouse Ly6G Antibody (1A8) (25-100 µg, i.p., 3 times a week) induces neutrophil depletion in various mice, including C57Bl6/J and IMR32 tumor bearing SCID mice[1].
Anti-Mouse Ly6G Antibody (1A8) (5 µg, i.p., 1 day before arthritis induction and again at day 2) abrogates arthritis in IgG immune complex-mediated K/BxN serum transfer arthritis mice models[2].
Anti-Mouse Ly6G Antibody (1A8) (5 µg, i.p., 5 days before and once again 3 days before peritonitis) inhibits integrin-mediated neutrophil migration in peritonitis mice model induced by IL-1β[2].
