Anti-Mouse VISTA Antibody (13F3) (50 μg, intratumoral injection, on day 7, 9, 12, 14 and 16) significantly inhibits tumor growth in Balb/c mice bearing 4T1 tumors[1].
Anti-Mouse VISTA Antibody (13F3) (i.p., once every 3 days, from day 7 to day 21) aggravates pulmonary fibrosis in C57BL/6 mice with a Bleomycin hydrochloride (BLM) (HY-17565A) induced pulmonary fibrosis (PF) model[2].
