Technical Support

Anti-TSHR Antibody (K1-70) is an anti-TSHR monoclonal antibody. Anti-TSHR Antibody (K1-70) incorporates a single-chain variable fragment into a chimeric antigen receptor to redirect T cells to TSHR-expressing cells. Anti-TSHR Antibody (K1-70) shows antitumor activity with no apparent toxicity. Anti-TSHR Antibody (K1-70) can be used for the research of differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC).

In Vitro

Anti-TSHR Antibody (K1-70) can be used to generate anti-TSHR CAR-T cells, which exhibit robust proliferative capacity, lower apoptosis levels, and can maintain a memory-like CD8+ T cell subset with a less differentiated state[1].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

In Vivo

Anti-TSHR Antibody (K1-70) (5×106 70-CAR T cells; i.v.; single dose) induces significant DTC tumor regression, prolongs mouse survival, and exhibits a favorable safety profile in the NSG mouse xenograft model[1].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Animal Model: NOD-SCID IL2rgnull (NSG) (8-week-old)[1]
Dosage: 5×106 70-CAR T cells (derived from Anti-TSHR Antibody (K1-70))
Administration: I.v.; single dose
Result: Induced tumor growth arrest at day 16, with tumor volume shrinking until day 40, and significantly reduced tumor burden compared to control groups.
Increased abundance of tumor-infiltrating CD3+ T cells compared to control groups, with infiltration increasing over time.
Significantly postponed metastatic focus formation in the lungs.
Caused no significant changes in mouse body weight, diet, water consumption, or physiological behavior, and no histological damage or T lymphocyte infiltration in major visceral organs.

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
