Anti-TSHR Antibody (K1-70) incorporates a single-chain variable fragment into a chimeric antigen receptor to redirect T cells to TSHR-expressing cells. Anti-TSHR Antibody (K1-70) shows antitumor activity with no apparent toxicity. Anti-TSHR Antibody (K1-70) can be used for the research of differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC).

Result:Induced tumor growth arrest at day 16, with tumor volume shrinking until day 40, and significantly reduced tumor burden compared to control groups.
Increased abundance of tumor-infiltrating CD3+ T cells compared to control groups, with infiltration increasing over time.
Significantly postponed metastatic focus formation in the lungs.
Caused no significant changes in mouse body weight, diet, water consumption, or physiological behavior, and no histological damage or T lymphocyte infiltration in major visceral organs.
