Western blot analysis was performed on extracts from HepG2 (lane 1, 15 μg), Hela (lane 2, 15 μg), A549 (lane 3, 15 μg), and PC-3 (lane 4, 15 μg) using Cytokeratin 7 Mouse mAb.Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight.The primary antibody (1:1000 dilution) and the loading control antibody (beta-Actin, HY-P80438, 1:5000 dilution) was incubated in 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 1 hour at 37°C.Goat Anti-Mouse IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (1:20000 dilution) was then applied for 40 minutes at 37°C.

Function：Blocks interferon-dependent interphase and stimulates DNA synthesis in cells. Involved in the translational regulation of the human papillomavirus type 16 E7 mRNA (HPV16 E7)

Expression：
Tissue_specificity:It is expressed in cultured epidermal cells, bronchial cells, and mesothelial cells, but not in the colon, external os of the cervix, or liver. It is also visible in glandular cells at the gastroesophageal junction, but not in the esophagus.

Induction:Up-regulated by retinoic acid

Subunit：Heterotetramer of two type I and two type II keratins. Interacts with eukaryotic translation initiator factor 3 (eIF3) subunit EIF3S10. Interacts with GPER1
