Western blot analysis of extracts from A375 (lane 2(20μg), A431 (lane 3(20μg), A549 (lane 4(20μg) and MCF-7 (lane 5(20μg) using MAGEA4 Antibody (HY-P84325) Mouse mAb. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 2 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (1/1000) and Loading control antibody (Beta Actin, HY-P80993, 1/10000) was used in 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (1/10000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.
Western blot analysis of extracts from Rat liver(lane 1(40μg) ) and Mouse liver(lane 2(40μg) ) using MAGEA4 antibody(32234P). Proteins were transferred to a NC membrane and blocked with 5% Skim milk in TBST for 2 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody ( 1/1000) and Loading control antibody (GAPDH，20035, 1/1000) was used in 5% Skim milk in TBST at 4°C overnight. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (1/10,000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

Background

Function：Transcription factor that binds to the inverted palindrome 5'-GTTAATNATTAAC-3' (PubMed:17924661, PubMed:7900999). Binds to the FPC element in the cAMP regulatory unit of the PLAU gene (By similarity). Transcriptional activity is increased by coactivator PCBD1 (PubMed:24204001)
