TPD52L2 is a TPD52L2, a member of the tumor protein D52 family, is abnormally high expressed in glioma, gastric cancer, breast cancer and other tumor tissues, and plays an important role in regulating the proliferation, invasion, migration, and other malignant biological behaviors of tumor cells, accelerating the malignant pathological process of tumors. And the important function of TPD52 protein family is to participate in the regulation of Ca2+ dependent vesicular transport process and the differentiation of B cells[1].
