JAK2-IN-22 (Example 2) exhibits potent binding inhibitory activity against wild-type/V617F mutant JH2 (IC50 ≤ 10 nM), but shows almost no binding inhibitory effect on JH1 and no enzymatic inhibitory activity against V617F JAK2 (IC50 > 1000 nM)[1].
