Biological Activity: (+)-Lariciresinol 4,4'-O-bis-β-D-glucopyranoside is a COX-2 inhibitor. (+)-Lariciresinol 4,4'-O-bis-β-D-glucopyranoside exhibits inhibitory effects on LPS (HY-D1056)-induced COX-2 activity in mouse peritoneal macrophages and reduces PGE2 levels in the supernatant.
