BGM1812 is a dual agonist of amylin (hAMY3R) (EC50 = 0.627 nM) and CGRP Receptor (hCTR) (EC50 = 2.27 nM). BGM1812 achieves weight loss, increases the proportion of lean body mass, and reduces fat mass in diet-induced obese (DIO) rats. BGM1812 is applicable to research related to obesity.

BGM1812 (4-fold serial dilutions from 200 μM stock; 1 h) potently activates hAMY3R (EC50 = 0.627 nM) and hCTR (EC50 = 2.270 nM) in HEK-293 cell lines[1].

BGM1812 (0.012-0.12 mg/kg; subcutaneous injection; once every 3 days; total 10 doses) achieves body weight reduction, dose-dependent weight loss, and favorable body composition changes (increased proportion of lean body mass, decreased fat mass) in diet-induced obesity (DIO) rats[1].
