Biological Activity
Organophosphates (OPs) and carbamates can irreversibly inhibit ChE activity, and these inhibitors can be utilized in the development of pesticides and neurotoxic agents. Galanthamine (HY-76299) and Physostigmine (HY-N6608) inhibit ChE activity in a reversible manner by competitively binding to the enzyme, making them useful for studying Alzheimer's disease.
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
