In Vitro

CK1-IN-2 (0.02-10 μM, 72 h) promotes myotube fusion in FSHD cells [1].
CK1-IN-2 (10 μM, 72 h) can significantly reduce the inhibitory effect of Losmapimod on myotube fusion[1].
