Des-N-methylnoracronycine produces a green-colored reaction with ferric chloride[1].
Des-N-methylnoracronycine (24 h) has IC50 values of 6.37, 5.05, 3.10, and 2.07 μM for A-549, B-16, 4A5, CCRF-HSB-2, and TGBC11TKB, respectively[2].
Des-N-methylnoracronycine (0-10 μM; 4 days) induces differentiation of HL-60 cells[3].
Des-N-methylnoracronycine (100 μg/mL) inhibits platelet aggregation induced by Arachidonic Acid (HY-109590) and Collagen[4].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
