Cell Line:FHs74Int fetal human intestinal epithelial cells
-
Concentration:0.8-200 μM
-
Incubation Time:24 h
-
Result:Reduced FHs74Int cell viability sharply at low concentrations, approaching 0% at concentrations above 10 μM.
Achieved an IC10 of 2.5 μM, IC50 of 3.1 μM, and IC90 of 4.2 μM.
