DNA Gyrase-IN-10 is a potent DNA gyrase inhibitor with potent antibacterial effects. DNA Gyrase-IN-10 has inhibitory effects on both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria^[1].

All DNA/RNA Synthesis Isoforms :

In Vitro

DNA Gyrase-IN-10 (compound 10b) inhibits S. aureus (ATCC25923) and E. coli (ATCC25922) with MIC values of 0.391 μg/mL and ≤0.195 μg/mL, respectively^[1].
