In Vitro

DSPE-m-PEG3400-NHS is a functionalized amphiphilic molecular material composed of lipid molecules DSPE, polyethylene glycol (PEG), and N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) groups covalently linked. The combination of DSPE and PEG exhibits both hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties, while NHS can be attached to peptides, proteins, etc. DSPE-m-PEG3400-NHS can be used for drug delivery and gene transfection.
