ERK-MYD88 interaction inhibitor 1 can induce an HRI-mediated integrated stress response (ISR), leading to cancer cell-specific immunogenic cell apoptosis (apoptosis). ERK-MYD88 interaction inhibitor 1 can induce anti-tumor T cell responses in Lewis lung cancer mice, exhibiting anti-tumor activity.
