Etamiphyllin camsylate
Etamiphyllin (Etamiphylline) camsylate is a respiratory and cardiac stimulant. Etamiphyllin camsylate relaxes bronchial and bronchiolar smooth muscle to open airways, and increases cardiac output without elevating heart rate. The level of Etamiphyllin camsylate decreases in mice with ulcerative colitis, and it is positively correlated with *Bifidobacterium* and *Faecalibacterium*. Etamiphyllin camsylate can be applied to research related to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, respiratory failure and ulcerative colitis.

Result:Detected in plasma and urine samples, with a characteristic m/z 207 fragment ion from loss of N,N-diethylamine.
Detected the main metabolite, N-desethyletamiphylline (molecular weight 251), in plasma and urine up to 32 hours post-administration, with a protonated molecular ion ([M+H]+) at m/z 252.1455 and product ions at m/z 207.0879 and m/z 163.0979.
Detected two isomers of N1/N3-desmethyletamiphylline (molecular weight 265) as minor metabolites in plasma and urine, with [M+H]+ ions at m/z 266.1613 and m/z 266.1615, and common product ion m/z 193.0721/193.0723 from loss of N,N-diethylamine.
Detected N-desethyl-N-desmethyletamiphylline (molecular weight 238) as a minor metabolite in urine, with [M+H]+ ion at m/z 238.1300 and product ion m/z 193.0722 from loss of N-ethylamine.
