FPR2/ALXR agonist-1 (Compound 12) (200 nM) is a selective FPR2/ALXR agonist that induces intracellular calcium mobilization in FPR2/ALXR-transfected cells with an EC50 of 200 nM[1].
FPR2/ALXR agonist-1 has the ability to induce a transient rise in intracellular Ca2+ in FPR2-transfected cells[1].
