In Vitro
hCA XII/II/IX-IN-1 (Compound 3) shows inhibitory activity against HT-29 normoxia, HT-29 hypoxia, MDA-MB-231 normoxia and MDA-MB-231 hypoxia cells with IC50 values of 1.71 ± 0.24, 0.65 ± 0.033, 17.56 ± 0.99 and 1.92 ± 0.11 μM, respectively[1].
