JAK[1].
JAK-IN-5 hydrochloride (compound 1) (oral aspirate, 0.1-1.0 mg/mL, 50 μL) inhibits 88% of BALF eosinophils in male C57 mice model of Alternaria alternata-induced eosinophilic inflammation of the lung[2].
